3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Address
Our return warehouse address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Please do not send returns to the sender's address shown on the package, as it may not be our designated return facility.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, including:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
We will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for personal reasons, including:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- No longer needed the product
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For approved exchanges, replacement items will typically be shipped within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability.
